Final New Vertical Smoker Build Video

Well Shit:

We finally finished our new smoker build. It is a badass smoker and we are very proud of it. We finished at 2:00 AM the night before leaving for Memphis in May. We cooked on it for the first time at Memphis in May and it did great. Here is the video. It starts as a slideshow but be patient, the video starts at about 1 min. This smoker has seven shelves and will fit 7 shoulders per shelf. It will also do about 105 racks of baby backs. Enjoy...

Back to the Smoker Build

Well:

Finally I am posting and finally we are back to the Vertical Smoker Build. This one is from scratch and I am very excited about it. It should turn out great and I am looking forward to taking it down to Memphis this year. A lot has happened since my last post and I will share all of that in my next post.
