This is Hillarious...Pat Martin and Peg Leg Porker

I went over to my buddy Pat Martin's one night and he was being interviewed by the newspaper while he was cooking a hog for the Belle Meade Plantation. This was the scene as his hog was being photographed......I thought I was going to crap my pants I was laughing so hard.

Big Apple BBQ and Block Party 2009

In June 2009, my friend and one of our Peg Leg Porker team members, Pat Martin, invited me to help him cook at the Big Apple BBQ and Block Party in NYC. We had a blast. Pat owns Martin's BBQ joint in Nolensville, TN and was asked to be one of this year's pitmasters for the event.
