This is Hillarious...Pat Martin and Peg Leg Porker

I went over to my buddy Pat Martin's one night and he was being interviewed by the newspaper while he was cooking a hog for the Belle Meade Plantation. This was the scene as his hog was being photographed......I thought I was going to crap my pants I was laughing so hard.

Nashville Bacon Takedown 2009

Music City BBQ Festival

We had a great time this last weekend at the Music City BBQ Festival. The organizers did a great job and we took home a 4th place ribs and #1 Nashville team in the MBN categories. We will definitely be back next year....Check out this video of our team.

Big Apple BBQ from Alwayshungry.com

Big Apple BBQ and Block Party 2009

In June 2009, my friend and one of our Peg Leg Porker team members, Pat Martin, invited me to help him cook at the Big Apple BBQ and Block Party in NYC. We had a blast. Pat owns Martin's BBQ joint in Nolensville, TN and was asked to be one of this year's pitmasters for the event.

Robbie Lunday, Mitch and Chad Gallant and John Alderson were other Peg Leg Porkers that were there. Here is a video montage of the event.

A whole lotta BBQ stuff

Well, I have had a busy few months. We build two new cookers, one exploded at Memphis in May. We competed in Memphis in May. I released a new product, Smoke Like a Pro. I went on QVC. And this week, I am heading to the Big Apple BBQ with my good friend Pat Martin.
