We finally finished our new smoker build. It is a badass smoker and we are very proud of it. We finished at 2:00 AM the night before leaving for Memphis in May. We cooked on it for the first time at Memphis in May and it did great. Here is the video. It starts as a slideshow but be patient, the video starts at about 1 min.
