New Smoker Design

Well, here is the new smoker design. Within about 2 weeks we will start construction and will film it all. This smoker will be designed to hold 2 whole hogs or a lot of shoulders. You will notice that we will be building it without and cross members in the door openings so that we get more usable space. This will also be a model for the new line of Peg Leg Pits......

This is Hillarious...Pat Martin and Peg Leg Porker

I went over to my buddy Pat Martin's one night and he was being interviewed by the newspaper while he was cooking a hog for the Belle Meade Plantation. This was the scene as his hog was being photographed......I thought I was going to crap my pants I was laughing so hard.
